The pleasant undulating parkland setting offers members and visitors an 18 hole golf course and a large practice area and is situated in magnificent Shropshire countryside with fine views of the Stretton Hills and the Long Mynd to the south and Wenlock Edge to the east.
The club house offers excellent value dining and social facilities, a large lounge and spike bar and a snooker room with two tables.
Members and visitors can be sure of a warm welcome from the Secretary/Manager David Knight, the professional John Richards.
The course is in very good condition and for those requiring them buggies are available for rent.
With apologies to A E houseman
Into my heart an air that thrills
From yon fairway it blows:
What are those blue remembered hills,
What greens, what holes are those
That is the land of golf content,
I see it shining plain,
The happy fairways where I went
And where I'll play again.
